Hosting a team on rue de Gand

The house seats up to seventy-five covers, in a room of fifty and a room of twenty-five. Each can be booked in full: a team is at home there, without the rest of the house hearing it, or the other way round.

The setting does part of the work. Old advertising signs, mismatched crockery, low light: nobody sits there as if in a meeting, and that is often what people are after for an end-of-year meal or the arrival of a new team.

The cooking is Flemish and generous, with two vegetarian dishes on the menu. Above twenty-five guests, the menu is set in advance, with two or three choices per course.

The team lunch: two or three courses, allow an hour and a half to two hours for a full menu.

The evening in a room of your own, booked in full, from the aperitif to the last coffee. This is the format for end-of-year parties and leaving dos.

The small room, for a management committee or a project team: twenty-five covers, among yourselves.

The price per person is announced before the date, with or without drinks, and it does not move on the invoice. Anything added, if anything is added, will have been asked for on the night by someone from your team.

The invoice is made out in your company's name, with the purchase order number or the department to mention if you have one. Payment on the spot, by bank transfer, or on receipt: tell us what suits your accounts department.
